Jon is responsible for marketing, sales, customer care and delivery of network services throughout the region. He was previously Vice President and Managing Director of AT&T Business Services Asia Pacific. Prior to joining AT&T, Jon worked for IBM for 15 years & held a variety of executive and management positions in both Australia and Hong Kong.

Outsourcing

Bruce Jackson, Vice President for Outsourcing & Professional Services, AT&T Business EMEA, discusses the reality of delivering end-to-end, top-to-bottom, value-driven client solutions through leveraging the combined strengths of consultants and IT service providers. Additionally, he explores the issues surrounding such alliances and describes the AT&T view of achieving successful partnerships.

Bruce has many years of experience in the global outsourcing and professional services market, working for both AT&T and IBM. As Outsourcing & Professional Services Vice President, his current challenges include managing client engagements, the Solution Centre, and Life Cycle Management of AT&T's largest customers in Europe.
