To survive in today's volatile economy, organisations must continually develop and execute winning strategies, reduce budgeting and reporting process cycle time and improve analysis.

This session explores why corporate performance management (CPM) matters and how CPM solutions can assist organisations to:-

- Provide a better environment for cross-functional decisions
- Eliminate pointless and time-consuming budgeting and reporting cycles
- Improve organisational focus on strategy.
